Вы должны быть знакомы с характеристиками продукции MEXC. <br />1.7. Вы должны быть готовы развиваться вместе с MEXC.<br /><br /><br />2. Требования к кандидату в трейдеры<br />2.1. Вы не являетесь последователем какого-либо трейдера. <br />2.2. Вы можете зарегистрировать только один фьючерсный счет для Услуг.  <br />2.3. Другие требования могут быть добавлены в процесс подачи заявки или в настоящее соглашение, если MEXC сочтет это необходимым. Утверждение всех заявок зависит исключительно от усмотрения MEXC.<br /><br /></p> <p>3. Заявления и гарантии трейдера <br />3.1. Все гарантии и заявления, сделанные трейдером в адрес MEXC, являются правдивыми, точными и полными, и не содержат фальсификаций, сокрытий, серьезных упущений и вводящей в заблуждение информации. <br />3.2. Все документы или материалы, представленные трейдером в MEXC, включая, но не ограничиваясь, отражают юридический статус трейдера, его личные данные, финансовые и операционные условия (если таковые имеются) и т.д., правдивым и полным образом, без каких-либо фальсификаций, сокрытия, серьезных упущений или вводящей в заблуждение информации. <br />3.3. Трейдер обладает полной гражданской правоспособностью и гражданской дееспособностью, может самостоятельно принимать на себя гражданские обязательства, заключать и исполнять настоящее Соглашение. Трейдер не будет нарушать законы и нормативные акты или нормативные положения, которые являются обязательными для него, а также не будет нарушать постановления, распоряжения, договоры или обязательства, которые связывают или иным образом влияют на трейдера. <br />3.4. Трейдер соглашается раскрывать определенные данные общественности, включая, но не ограничиваясь следующим: <br />3.4.1. Время, в течение которого трейдер обосновался: С момента регистрации до настоящего времени; <br />3.4.2. ROI за последние 3 недели: Прибыль за последние 3 недели / наибольшая основная сумма одной позиции за последние 3 недели; <br />3.4.3. Коэффициент выигрыша за последние 3 недели: количество ордеров с положительной доходностью за последние 3 недели / общее количество ордеров за последние 3 недели; <br />3.4.4. Прибыль за последние 3 недели (USDT): общая прибыль от закрытых ордеров за последние 3 недели; <br />3.4.5. Кумулятивная доходность: общая доходность/самая большая сумма открытия основного долга в истории; <br />3.4.6. Кумулятивное количество сделок: количество всех закрытых ордеров в истории; <br />3.4.7. Кумулятивное количество последователей: количество людей, которые следовали за трейдером в истории. Если последователь отменяет и продолжает копировать сделку, то последователь будет считаться как 1 человек; и <br />3.4.8. Текущее количество последователей: количество пользователей, которые в настоящее время следуют за трейдером. <br />3.5. Трейдер гарантирует, что он будет соблюдать все применимые законы и нормативные правила, подчиняться правилам администрирования и использования Платформы, сформулированным и изменяемым время от времени MEXC или опубликованным на Платформе, не совершать или участвовать в любых действиях или делах, которые наносят или могут нанести ущерб репутации или любым другим законным интересам MEXC.<br /><br /></p> <p>4. Кодекс поведения трейдера <br />4.1. Трейдер не должен публиковать никаких плохих мнений, которые могут оклеветать и нанести ущерб репутации MEXC. <br />4.2. Трейдер не должен обещать прибыль Фолловерам, чтобы привлечь Фолловеров к копированию своих ордеров. <br />4.3. Трейдер должен делать все возможное для получения прибыли для Фолловеров и оперативно учитывать риски Фолловеров, запрещается размывать сделки в погоне за высокой доходностью и высокими комиссионными. <br />4.4. Трейдер не должен использовать торговые стратегии с высоким риском и высокой прибылью, которые могут принести неконтролируемые риски для Фолловеров. <br />4.5. Для защиты интересов Фолловеров, Трейдеру запрещается показывать, раскрывать или подразумевать социальные счета или контактную информацию в местах отображения информации, таких как никнеймы и личные профили. <br />4.6. Трейдерам запрещено использовать несколько аккаунтов для слежения друг за другом и торговли. Если это будет обнаружено, MEXC имеет право по своему усмотрению навсегда лишить трейдера права заниматься копи-трейдингом. <br />4.7. Трейдер не должен совершать вредоносные операции, включая, но не ограничиваясь, злонамеренной торговлей по отмыванию денег, которая увеличивает количество подписчиков или капитал, в противном случае, MEXC имеет право по своему усмотрению навсегда заморозить счет Трейдера.4.8. Если по вине трейдера возникают серьезные последствия, MEXC имеет право по своему усмотрению вмешиваться в торговлю трейдера, например, дисквалифицировать трейдера и заморозить его счет. <br />4.9. Трейдер должен обеспечить своевременное обновление торгового статуса, чтобы позволить Фолловеру вовремя понять его торговое поведение и стратегии для поддержания хороших отношений с Фолловером. <br />4.10. Описание торговой стратегии трейдера на Платформе должно быть точным, чтобы Фолловеры могли следить за инвестициями на основе этого описания. Торговое поведение трейдера должно соответствовать описанию стратегии. Если фактический торговый метод трейдера отличается от описания стратегии, мы не одобрим принятие этой торговой стратегии. Если торговое поведение приведет к серьезным последствиям, мы предпримем соответствующие действия, чтобы помешать вашей торговле, например, деактивируем торговый счет трейдера или удалим копировального торгового фолловера.</p><p><br /></p> <p>5. Возмещение убытков и защита <br />В случае, если MEXC подвергается какому-либо иску со стороны третьей стороны в связи с данным Соглашением, Трейдер должен помочь MEXC в защите от такого иска. Трейдер должен возместить ущерб и оградить MEXC от любых споров, возникающих в связи с настоящим Соглашением или в связи с ним. Трейдер несет всю ответственность, убытки и возмещение, вытекающие из споров в связи с настоящим Соглашением.<br /> <br /></p> <p>6. Ответственность за нарушение Соглашения <br />Трейдер обязуется исполнять настоящее Соглашение в строгом соответствии с условиями и положениями настоящего Соглашения. В случае любого нарушения Соглашения трейдером, MEXC имеет право выбрать любое или все из следующих средств правовой защиты: <br />6.1. Заморозить торговый счет (счета) трейдера, который может включать в себя счет Спот, фиатный счет, маржинальный счет и фьючерсный счет на Платформе; и/или <br />6.2. Взыскание с трейдера всех убытков и ущерба, понесенных MEXC в результате нарушения Соглашения.<br /></p> <p> <br /></p> <p>7. Прочее <br />7.1. Если какая-либо часть настоящего Соглашения будет признана недействительной, незаконной или иным образом неисполнимой судом компетентной юрисдикции, остальные положения будут продолжать действовать в полной силе. </p><p>7.2. Настоящее Соглашение составлено на английском языке. Хотя могут быть доступны переводы данного Соглашения на другие языки, такие переводы могут быть неактуальными или неполными.
