THE HAGUE, Netherlands – All systems are set for the confirmation of charges hearing of former Philippine president Rodrigo Duterte at the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague.
One year after his stunning arrest upon landing in Manila, Duterte will undergo a pre-trial process that will take place over four days – February 23, 24, 26 and 27 – starting at 5 pm Manila time (10 am The Hague time) each hearing day.
Rappler reporter Lian Buan is on the ground in The Hague covering this historic event, and on Friday, February 20, she will sit down with ICC spokesperson Oriane Maillet to ask your questions.
