Crypto Presales

Explore how $HUGS, DOGE, ASTER, and BNB are shaping 2025’s market shift as top contenders for the next biggest altcoin breakout.

The crypto scene in 2025 is moving past short-term trends and focusing on depth, purpose, and emotion. What started as a meme-driven wave is evolving into a phase where creativity meets real use. Communities now seek tokens that blend strong cultural presence with practical application, forming a new kind of digital asset movement.

At the center of this evolution stands Milk Mocha’s ($HUGS) token, inspired by a global fandom of over 50 million followers. Currently in Stage 1 at $0.0002 with more than $30K raised, $HUGS combines nostalgia, community, and blockchain features through NFTs, staking, and gamified interaction.

While DOGE and ASTER gain attention through viral energy and BNB continues to dominate with its practical ecosystem, $HUGS is finding a unique place within this mix. It captures the emotional value behind blockchain’s next era, setting its course as the next biggest altcoin in 2025.

Milk Mocha ($HUGS): Emotion Meets Real Utility in Web3

Milk Mocha’s entry into the crypto market delivers more than branding; it delivers structure. The $HUGS token is designed for growth, not short-term excitement. Its 40-stage presale setup rewards early buyers with better pricing and reduced token supply over time. In Stage 1, $100 equals 500,000 tokens, but by Stage 40, that same amount secures only 2,147, making timing a key factor for participation.

The ecosystem around the Milk Mocha token presale gives it purpose. Staking offers 50% APY with auto-compounding and daily rewards. Built-in mini-games and tournaments use play-to-earn systems that help maintain token value through spending and reward cycles. NFT collections tied to the $HUGS grant holders access to limited physical drops and metaverse integrations. A DAO governance layer lets every participant vote on community and charity-driven initiatives, ensuring the project stays people-focused.

$HUGS proves that meme coins can carry both emotion and function. It merges brand familiarity with real engagement tools, building a platform centered on creativity and connection. Many will notice only after the presale closes, but for now, participation is still open. All it takes is a simple sign-up, no KYC, no limit, just access to one of 2025’s strongest community-led stories and a potential next biggest altcoin in the making.

ASTER: Community Excitement Without Full Structure

ASTER is drawing attention in Web3 social spaces, especially across Telegram communities that speculate on its rise as a participation-based token. It works as a social coin designed for online engagement through polls, activities, and reward mechanisms. The idea connects user influence with token incentives, yet it lacks a wider ecosystem to sustain lasting growth and utility.

Its community energy keeps it on the radar, making it a short-term project to watch. However, when compared to $HUGS, which already includes staking, NFTs, metaverse games, and governance systems, ASTER seems more like a single feature than a full ecosystem. It may attract early interest, but it doesn’t offer the depth or multi-layered function seen in the next biggest altcoin contenders.

DOGE: Cultural Icon With Unsteady Momentum

Dogecoin remains the face of meme-driven crypto and continues to thrive on social trends and viral attention. Its success still depends on public interest rather than structured use. While DOGE has secured a permanent place in crypto culture, it lacks extended mechanics such as staking programs, NFT utilities, or interactive gaming elements. This makes its price movements sharp but often temporary.

Quick-moving traders can benefit from DOGE’s volatility, but long-term holders find limited growth rooted in engagement or consistent token use. $HUGS, by contrast, creates real circulation through daily demand generated by staking, gaming, NFTs, and charitable integrations. In comparison, DOGE remains largely sentiment-based while $HUGS evolves toward the next biggest altcoin category with continuous on-chain activity.

BNB: Trusted Utility Without Early Entry Advantage

Binance Coin remains one of the most practical tokens in the industry, supporting transactions, trading discounts, and network functions across Binance Smart Chain. For active participants in DeFi or trading, it continues to serve as a key asset with proven dependability and moderate price stability through different cycles.

However, BNB no longer represents a ground-floor opportunity. Its valuation already reflects market maturity, and future growth depends largely on Binance’s ecosystem expansion. While it delivers consistent use, it lacks the fresh upside potential offered by newer presales such as $HUGS. For those targeting exponential returns tied to community and early exposure, BNB focuses more on steady reliability than discovery potential in the next biggest altcoin wave.

Summary: Culture and Utility Define the Next Cycle

The next biggest altcoin is likely to emerge where culture connects with real-world applications. Tokens that depend only on hype can spike, but they rarely sustain value. Those that balance emotion and function can build ecosystems with longevity and growth. $HUGS is quietly setting that example.

By merging a beloved IP with blockchain mechanics like staking, NFTs, play-to-earn features, and community-driven charity, Milk Mocha’s $HUGS shows how emotional connection can become a measurable network advantage. With Stage 1 open and strong participation already underway, this moment highlights more than market timing; it reflects how purpose-driven design can shape the next generation of digital assets.

Google's AP2 protocol has been released. Does encrypted AI still have a chance?

Following the MCP and A2A protocols, the AI Agent market has seen another blockbuster arrival: the Agent Payments Protocol (AP2), developed by Google. This will clearly further enhance AI Agents' autonomous multi-tasking capabilities, but the unfortunate reality is that it has little to do with web3AI. Let's take a closer look: What problem does AP2 solve? Simply put, the MCP protocol is like a universal hook, enabling AI agents to connect to various external tools and data sources; A2A is a team collaboration communication protocol that allows multiple AI agents to cooperate with each other to complete complex tasks; AP2 completes the last piece of the puzzle - payment capability. In other words, MCP opens up connectivity, A2A promotes collaboration efficiency, and AP2 achieves value exchange. The arrival of AP2 truly injects "soul" into the autonomous collaboration and task execution of Multi-Agents. Imagine AI Agents connecting Qunar, Meituan, and Didi to complete the booking of flights, hotels, and car rentals, but then getting stuck at the point of "self-payment." What's the point of all that multitasking? So, remember this: AP2 is an extension of MCP+A2A, solving the last mile problem of AI Agent automated execution. What are the technical highlights of AP2? The core innovation of AP2 is the Mandates mechanism, which is divided into real-time authorization mode and delegated authorization mode. Real-time authorization is easy to understand. The AI Agent finds the product and shows it to you. The operation can only be performed after the user signs. Delegated authorization requires the user to set rules in advance, such as only buying the iPhone 17 when the price drops to 5,000. The AI Agent monitors the trigger conditions and executes automatically. The implementation logic is cryptographically signed using Verifiable Credentials (VCs). Users can set complex commission conditions, including price ranges, time limits, and payment method priorities, forming a tamper-proof digital contract. Once signed, the AI Agent executes according to the conditions, with VCs ensuring auditability and security at every step. Of particular note is the "A2A x402" extension, a technical component developed by Google specifically for crypto payments, developed in collaboration with Coinbase and the Ethereum Foundation. This extension enables AI Agents to seamlessly process stablecoins, ETH, and other blockchain assets, supporting native payment scenarios within the Web3 ecosystem. What kind of imagination space can AP2 bring? After analyzing the technical principles, do you think that's it? Yes, in fact, the AP2 is boring when it is disassembled alone. Its real charm lies in connecting and opening up the "MCP+A2A+AP2" technology stack, completely opening up the complete link of AI Agent's autonomous analysis+execution+payment. From now on, AI Agents can open up many application scenarios. For example, AI Agents for stock investment and financial management can help us monitor the market 24/7 and conduct independent transactions. Enterprise procurement AI Agents can automatically replenish and renew without human intervention. AP2's complementary payment capabilities will further expand the penetration of the Agent-to-Agent economy into more scenarios. Google obviously understands that after the technical framework is established, the ecological implementation must be relied upon, so it has brought in more than 60 partners to develop it, almost covering the entire payment and business ecosystem. Interestingly, it also involves major Crypto players such as Ethereum, Coinbase, MetaMask, and Sui. Combined with the current trend of currency and stock integration, the imagination space has been doubled. Is web3 AI really dead? Not entirely. Google's AP2 looks complete, but it only achieves technical compatibility with Crypto payments. It can only be regarded as an extension of the traditional authorization framework and belongs to the category of automated execution. There is a "paradigm" difference between it and the autonomous asset management pursued by pure Crypto native solutions. The Crypto-native solutions under exploration are taking the "decentralized custody + on-chain verification" route, including AI Agent autonomous asset management, AI Agent autonomous transactions (DeFAI), AI Agent digital identity and on-chain reputation system (ERC-8004...), AI Agent on-chain governance DAO framework, AI Agent NPC and digital avatars, and many other interesting and fun directions. Ultimately, once users get used to AI Agent payments in traditional fields, their acceptance of AI Agents autonomously owning digital assets will also increase. And for those scenarios that AP2 cannot reach, such as anonymous transactions, censorship-resistant payments, and decentralized asset management, there will always be a time for crypto-native solutions to show their strength? The two are more likely to be complementary rather than competitive, but to be honest, the key technological advancements behind AI Agents currently all come from web2AI, and web3AI still needs to keep up the good work!

What Congress Has Left to Do This Year

The post What Congress Has Left to Do This Year appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. The restarted Senate is moving forward with certain crypto initiatives, but how much time is left compared to how much work is left, really? You’re reading State of Crypto, a CoinDesk newsletter looking at the intersection of cryptocurrency and government. Click here to sign up for future editions. The narrative Now that Congress is back from the government shutdown, all eyes are on how it will proceed on crypto issues. There are a few components to this: Mike Selig’s nomination to run the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, market structure legislation and other crypto matters. Why it matters Time is starting to run out for the crypto industry to lock in its wins from the 2024 election. While the GENIUS Act was a strong start for crypto businesses, and the Securities and Exchange Commission and CFTC are continuing their efforts to create new rules for the industry, the market structure bill is still far from completion. Congress has less than 40 days left this year and just a handful of months next year before it disperses for the midterm elections. Breaking it down The Senate Agriculture Committee voted 13-11 to advance CFTC Chair nominee Mike Selig’s name to the full Senate for a floor vote; if he secures a majority of votes, he should get sworn in shortly after. This may happen in the coming weeks. Selig said crypto is an important issue for the CFTC to look into, speaking to specific issues like onchain markets and the role of intermediaries, among other things. “The CFTC has a critical mission to protect these markets,” he said at his hearing on Wednesday. “This is a real opportunity to develop a framework that can allow for software developers to thrive, for new exchanges to crop up that are going to protect investors and…
