Blazpay, an India-based crypto AI platform offering DeFi solutions, announced a strategic collaboration with Tectum Social, a DTL (distributed Ledger Protocol) platform designed for instant, low-cost crypto payments. This partnership enabled the integration of Tectum’s ultra-fast transaction processing network into Blazpay’s comprehensive, all-in-one DeFi ecosystem.

Blazpay is more than a crypto token. It is an all-in-one DeFi Platform that integrates various DeFi applications into a single ecosystem. Its network brings AI-driven execution, cross-chain bridging, crypto-fiat on-ramp and off-ramp services, staking functionality, and gamified rewards under one unified, larger DeFi network. Its trading system leverages advanced AI models to improve capital efficiency, decrease slippage, and allow users to conduct transactions using natural language processing.

Why Tectum Scales DeFi Access

By strategically integrating its low-cost and rapid-processing blockchain network into Blazpay, Tectum gives its customers direct access to applications from over 11 prominent blockchains supported in the Blazpay ecosystem. The integration marks another milestone for Tectum to allow its users access to greater cross-chain liquidity through Blazpay’s ecosystem.

Based on the partnership, Tectum provides its users with a seamless, secure, and convenient DeFi trading experience, an achievement that gives its customers the freedom of accessing DeFi efficiencies. While Tectum users capitalize on Blazpay’s AI solutions to optimize DeFi trading strategies, Blazpay empowers the Tectum community with a broad range of decentralized applications, unlocking new opportunities for smart trading.

Also, the collaboration plays an essential role for Blazpay. Tectum’s lightning-fast blockchain improves the efficiency of Blazpay’s platform by lowering transaction costs and decreasing congestion on the network.

Blazpay and Tectum: Paving the Way for Cross-Chain Liquidity for Web3

The partnership between Blazpay and Tectum highlights the importance of interoperability among blockchains. The integration allows Tectum customers to access various DeFi applications from over 11 blockchain networks supported on Blazpay. Tectum customers no longer need to visit third-party platforms to bridge tokens across blockchains. They can now enjoy a broad variety of transactional services, including earning, staking, DeFi, NFT, and many more, on a single platform.

The collaboration brings the two decentralized projects one step closer towards a multi-chain future. As a Web3 infrastructure, Tectum provides Blazpay users with faster transactions and lower costs. On the other hand, Blazpay offers Tectum customers a secure AI-powered cross-chain DeFi experience.

The post Cashing In On University Patents Means Giving Up On Our Innovation Future appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. “It’s a raid on American innovation that would deliver pennies to the Treasury while kneecapping the very engine of our economic and medical progress,” writes Pipes. Getty Images Washington is addicted to taxing success. Now, Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick is floating a plan to skim half the patent earnings from inventions developed at universities with federal funding. It’s being sold as a way to shore up programs like Social Security. In reality, it’s a raid on American innovation that would deliver pennies to the Treasury while kneecapping the very engine of our economic and medical progress. Yes, taxpayer dollars support early-stage research. But the real payoff comes later—in the jobs created, cures discovered, and industries launched when universities and private industry turn those discoveries into real products. By comparison, the sums at stake in patent licensing are trivial. Universities collectively earn only about $3.6 billion annually in patent income—less than the federal government spends on Social Security in a single day. Even confiscating half would barely register against a $6 trillion federal budget. And yet the damage from such a policy would be anything but trivial. The true return on taxpayer investment isn’t in licensing checks sent to Washington, but in the downstream economic activity that federally supported research unleashes. Thanks to the bipartisan Bayh-Dole Act of 1980, universities and private industry have powerful incentives to translate early-stage discoveries into real-world products. Before Bayh-Dole, the government hoarded patents from federally funded research, and fewer than 5% were ever licensed. Once universities could own and license their own inventions, innovation exploded. The result has been one of the best returns on investment in government history. Since 1996, university research has added nearly $2 trillion to U.S. industrial output, supported 6.5 million jobs, and launched more than 19,000 startups. Those companies pay…
