Noomez ($NNZ) Coin Review – Live Presale Brings Fresh Buzz Around This Meme Coin Debut

The Noomez ($NNZ) presale just started, and early buyers are calling it one of the few meme coin launches that actually feels planned.

Every price stage, reward draw, and burn event is visible before you buy, and progress updates in real time on the project’s dashboard.

This approach has already pulled in hundreds of wallets during its opening hours.

As this Noomez ($NNZ) coin review shows, the combination of structure, transparency, and clear reward timing is what’s turning an ordinary meme coin debut into one of the most talked-about launches of the month.

Noomez ($NNZ) Coin Review – What This Project Is All About

Noomez is a new meme coin built on the BNB Smart Chain (BSC) that aims to bring structure and transparency to an early-stage token sale.

The total supply is 280 billion $NNZ, locked permanently, so no extra tokens can ever be minted. Half of that amount, 140 billion $NNZ, is reserved for the presale, which runs through 28 individual stages.

Prices start at $0.00001 in Stage 1 and gradually increase to $0.0028 by Stage 28.

Each stage lasts up to seven days or closes sooner once all tokens are sold. Any unsold tokens are burned automatically, reducing supply and creating steady scarcity.

The project dashboard features the Noom Gauge, a live tracker that lights up as each stage completes. This gives buyers a clear view of presale progress instead of waiting for manual updates.

How the 28-Stage Presale System Is Structured

The Noomez presale isn’t a single event but a series of smaller rounds designed to show progress and build demand step by step.

Each stage has a fixed number of tokens, a set price, and a clear rule on what happens when it ends. This makes the buying process easy to follow, even for traders new to presales.

Here’s how the stages are divided:

  • Stages 1–7: 12.7 billion $NNZ per stage, focused on early buyers at the lowest prices.

  • Stages 8–14: 5 billion $NNZ per stage, tightening supply as the sale moves forward.

  • Stages 15–21: 2 billion $NNZ per stage, with higher pricing to reflect growing demand.

  • Stages 22–28: 300 million $NNZ per stage, creating scarcity before launch.

Every stage also ends with a Stage X Million Airdrop, a draw where one wallet that spent at least $20 wins $NNZ equal to the stage number in millions. For example, Stage 6 rewards 6 million $NNZ, while Stage 25 rewards 25 million $NNZ.

This system keeps participation active and gives every buyer a fair chance at additional tokens as the presale moves forward.

Security, Liquidity Lock, and Post-Launch Features

Noomez was built to keep post-launch trading stable and transparent. The team published its full token allocation, vesting periods, and audit plans before the presale opened. These systems aim to reduce common risks like unlocked liquidity or early insider selling.

Liquidity Lock and Team Vesting

At launch, 15% of the total supply is locked in liquidity through a third-party service, ensuring that funds used for trading can’t be withdrawn suddenly.

The Team and Dev 5% allocation is secured under a 6–12 month vesting schedule, which prevents the developers from selling large amounts immediately after launch and protects price stability during early trading.

Staking Rewards System

Staking is planned to begin 30 days after launch, allowing $NNZ holders to earn passive rewards by locking their tokens for a set period. This helps reduce early sell pressure and encourages long-term holding.

Rewards are distributed directly to wallets, meaning users won’t need to manually claim them or pay extra fees to participate.

The Noom Engine Utility

The Noom Engine is a post-launch feature that connects $NNZ holders with future projects. It automatically delivers tokens from partner launches straight into $NNZ wallets, giving holders new assets without requiring additional steps.

This system keeps the coin’s utility active even after the presale ends, turning simple ownership into a source of ongoing participation and growth.

Why Noomez Is Gaining Traction During Its Live Presale

Noomez has gained momentum quickly because it offers something traders rarely see in new meme coin launches: clarity. Every price level, burn, and reward is visible before buyers commit.

The live dashboard shows how each stage fills in real time, and the reward draws keep the community engaged as progress continues.

With liquidity already planned to lock at launch and staking scheduled soon after, the presale is built around accountability and consistency.

These details are giving traders confidence that Noomez can maintain interest beyond its presale and remain active once public trading begins.

U.S. Senate panel to hold crypto tax policy hearing on October 1

U.S. Senate panel to hold crypto tax policy hearing on October 1

The Senate Banking Committee will hold a public hearing on October 1 to go after one of the most confusing messes in U.S. finance right now:- how crypto gets taxed. The committee confirmed the date in a notice first reported by Eleanor Terrett, and witnesses lined up include Jason Somensatto, Policy Director at Coin Center; Andrea S. Kramer, founding member of ASKramer Law; Lawrence Zlatkin, Vice President of Taxation at Coinbase; and Annette Nellen, Chair of the Digital Asset Taxation Working Group under the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. This hearing is meant to address a problem that’s pissed off crypto users for years, which is why every small crypto transaction, even a few dollars, triggers a tax headache. The Senate is being pushed to finally look at de minimis exemptions, which would let people use crypto for daily stuff (like grabbing a coffee) without reporting every damn thing to the IRS. Trump administration backs small crypto tax relief Cryptopolitan reported back in July that White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt had said that the Trump administration still wants to push through the de minimis exemption in upcoming laws. “The president did signal his support for de minimis exemption for crypto and the administration continues to be in support of that,” Karoline said. She explained that right now, using crypto for basic purchases is too complicated because of tax rules, but a change could make everyday payments smoother. “We are definitely receptive to it to make crypto payments easier and more efficient for those who seek to use crypto as simple as buying a cup of coffee — of course, right now, that cannot happen, but with the de minimis exemption perhaps it could in the future.” Karoline also revealed that President Trump plans to host a signing ceremony for the GENIUS Act, a stablecoin-focused bill expected to pass soon. That bill is part of his administration’s broader goal to make the U.S. “the crypto capital of the world.” The Senate has already tried and failed to deal with this issue before. In 2020, two Democratic lawmakers proposed the Virtual Currency Tax Fairness Act, which aimed to ignore tax on crypto gains below $200. It didn’t even make it to a vote. A similar version in 2022 also died on the floor. Then came a broader bill in 2025 called the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, which covered everything from taxes to border control. Senator Cynthia Lummis, a Republican from Wyoming, tried to get a crypto exemption added in for gains under $300, but that proposal got scrapped before the final bill passed. President Trump signed it into law on July 4 without the crypto language attached. Right now, the IRS says every single crypto transaction must be reported, even if there’s no gain or the amount is tiny. If you spend $5 of bitcoin, that’s a taxable event. The idea behind the de minimis exemption is to cut through that nonsense and give users room to breathe. But it hasn’t been easy. Lawmakers face real obstacles. First, the federal government depends on tax income. If it suddenly lets millions of small crypto transactions go untaxed, that means less money coming in. And there’s no sign yet of how they’ll offset that shortfall. Even with strong voices like Cynthia and Jason in the room, the Senate still hasn’t landed on a solution. October 1 might give them a chance to do something useful. Or it might be another meeting where everyone talks and nothing happens. Get seen where it counts.
