Critical Infrastructure Technologies Ltd. (CSE: CTTT) announced on June 4, 2026, that it has dispatched the first Nexus 20 prototype to H. Cegielski – Poznan S.A. (HCP) in Poland, marking a key milestone in their executed Letter of Intent (LOI) to establish a strategic partnership for production and deployment of the autonomous platform across Central and Eastern Europe. The move comes as NATO seeks to strengthen its Eastern Flank, and the collaboration between the Canadian-listed company and HCP, a subsidiary of Poland’s Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa S.A. (PGZ), aims to deliver sovereign-capable communications and surveillance infrastructure to allied forces.

According to the update, CiTech CEO Brenton Scott visited HCP’s headquarters in Poznan from May 20 to 24, inspecting factories and advancing discussions on commercial, technical, and logistical arrangements. The first Nexus 20 unit has now been dispatched and is expected to arrive at HCP’s Poznań facility in late July 2026 for technical evaluation, training, and proof-of-concept demonstrations with regional stakeholders.

The LOI outlines a roadmap for collaboration in production and assembly, technology transfer, and strategic market expansion. Under the intended scope, HCP would serve as a manufacturing and integration hub for Nexus 20 platforms in the Central and Eastern European (CEE) region, with technology transfer to ensure local maintenance, training, and operational support. By leveraging HCP’s position within PGZ and CiTech’s international partnerships, the companies aim to pursue government and defence contracts.

“This partnership represents a significant step forward in CiTech’s international expansion strategy and will complement the establishment of our EU Headquarters in Latvia,” said Brenton Scott, CEO of Critical Infrastructure Technologies. “By working alongside HCP and the PGZ Group, we are positioning the Nexus 20 platform to support allied defence capabilities across Central and Eastern Europe.”

The Nexus 20 is an autonomous, high-capacity mobile communications and security platform designed to provide rapid telecommunications and surveillance infrastructure for modern defence and critical security operations. CiTech’s self-deploying platform (SDP) technology addresses limitations of current rapidly deployable solutions, including tower strength and self-deployment capability, and can support radio equipment such as LTE, surveillance, and anti-drone systems.

H. Cegielski – Poznan S.A., founded in 1846, is a historic Polish industrial and engineering company specializing in large-scale mechanical manufacturing, defence production, and industrial solutions. As a subsidiary of PGZ, HCP offers advanced fabrication, machining, and integration capabilities for defence, energy, and transport sectors. The partnership is expected to combine CiTech’s advanced platform technology with HCP’s industrial manufacturing capabilities to deliver a world-class solution for European strategic clients.

Critical Infrastructure Technologies, listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange and operating from Perth, Western Australia, is commercializing its autonomous technology for mining, defence, border security, and emergency services. The company completed its research and development phase and is now releasing products like the Nexus 16 and Nexus 20. The partnership with HCP positions CiTech to expand its footprint in Europe, with the EU Headquarters in Latvia serving as a base for further regional growth.

“Nexus 20 provides rapid, autonomous telecommunications and surveillance infrastructure designed to support modern defence and critical security operations,” the company stated. The LOI reflects a shared intent to meet the requirements of the Polish Armed Forces and NATO’s Eastern Flank, highlighting the strategic importance of the collaboration amid evolving security challenges in Europe.
