Saudi Arabian healthcare group Al Hammadi Holding has secured the rights to develop medical and rehabilitation services in the country with experts from Italian football club AC Milan.
The exclusive rights cost SAR55 million ($15 million) and extend until 2033, the company said in a statement to the Saudi bourse on Thursday.
The agreement will focus on developing collaboration in medical, rehabilitative and performance-related areas between the club’s health experts and Al Hammadi hospitals in Riyadh.
The Saudi company expects the move to strengthen its clinical capabilities and support the development of specialised rehabilitation in the kingdom, the statement said.
The transaction is expected to help Al Hammadi’s profitability in 2026 and beyond.
