DCW Capital will provide customized financing solutions for a broad range of technology investments, including data center infrastructure, cloud computing, desktops and laptops, enterprise software, cybersecurity solutions, maintenance and support contracts, and select professional services. Through its partnership with DDI, DCW Capital will help clients access flexible structures designed to preserve capital, align payments with budget cycles, and support technology investments across the full lifecycle.

DCW Capital financing structures will include operating and capital leases, flexible 12-to-60-month terms, monthly, quarterly, or annual billing options, software-only financing, streamlined credit approvals, and simplified lease documentation.

“Data Center Warehouse has been committed to delivering innovative, customer-first solutions to end-users for over a decade, and we are proud to continue supporting this legacy with the addition of flexible consumption strategies powered by the innovative team at DDI Capital,” said David Walker, CFO of DCW. “The current market dynamics make it critical for us to offer clients more than just best-in-class technology solutions. With DCW Capital, we can help organizations preserve cash, align payments with budget cycles, simplify procurement, and accelerate the investments required to keep their businesses secure, modern, and competitive.”

“DCW Capital gives our sales team another meaningful way to support customers earlier in their planning and procurement process,” said Sean Lefebvre, Senior Vice President of Sales at DCW. “By introducing flexible financing options, we can help clients move forward with critical technology initiatives when they need them, rather than limiting decisions to what a current budget cycle allows. This creates a more consultative experience for our customers and allows DCW to deliver broader, more complete solutions throughout the year.”

“When we founded DCW, our vision was never simply to sell technology: it was to build a true long-term partner that our customers could rely on,” said Dan Parris, EVP and Co-Founder of DCW. “DCW Capital is a meaningful extension of that vision. It gives us another way to help organizations move forward with confidence, invest strategically, and build the technology foundation they need for the future.”

DCW Capital will combine comprehensive financing capabilities with DCW’s industry-leading technology solutions and robust services expertise, giving clients a more flexible way to acquire, deploy, and manage the technology required to support their businesses.
