VISTA LAND & Lifescapes, Inc. said its commercial property arm has started construction of a Dunkin’ outlet within its Georgia by Vista Estates development in Pavia, Iloilo, as it expands commercial offerings across its master-planned communities.

Vista Commercial Assets recently held a groundbreaking ceremony for the store, which will be located within the 500-hectare Georgia by Vista Estates project.

“Dunkin’ Iloilo has built a strong local recall through accessible assortments, dependable delivery service, and its well-loved identity as the ‘Pasalubong ng Bayan,’” Vista Land said in a statement posted on its website on Thursday.

The company said the outlet would feature a drive-through format aimed at serving residents and motorists while adding commercial activity within the estate.

The project forms part of Vista Commercial Assets’ strategy to develop commercial spaces within residential communities through the sale and lease of commercial lots and properties.

The company said its commercial developments are designed to accommodate a mix of businesses, including educational facilities, wellness providers, pet care services, laundromats and other neighborhood-oriented establishments.

Vista Commercial Assets also develops sites for larger projects such as community malls, office buildings, hospitals and sports facilities.

Georgia by Vista Estates is one of Vista Land’s township developments in Western Visayas.
