CEBU, Philippines – The 48th Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Summit retreat session goes into overtime, and President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. says the bloc has agreed on the need for energy resilience, stability in the South China Sea, and progress in Myanmar.
But there are no specifics and timelines to be revealed just yet at the end of the first leaders-level meeting for the year.
