BridgeWise, a provider of AI-powered wealth intelligence, has acquired Chicago-based Context Analytics to strengthen its technical capabilities before launching in the Philippines this year.
The acquisition allows BridgeWise to integrate unstructured data processing into its existing financial analysis tools.
BridgeWise intends to serve Filipino financial institutions, including banks and brokerages, with investment intelligence derived from a combination of asset analysis and quantifiable sentiment data.
Context Analytics specialises in converting human-centric information into machine-readable formats, which helps firms identify market signals and manage risk.
The company currently serves over 50 institutional clients and 25 million users worldwide, partnering with global entities such as the Japan Exchange Group and eToro.
The integrated technology will support “pAI”, an AI wealth agent designed to help banks and brokers deliver personalised portfolio management.
This tool builds and optimises individual portfolios through a conversational interface, aimed at lowering barriers for retail investors.
With this acquisition, BridgeWise intends to offer a comprehensive view of the market through a single infrastructure as it establishes its presence in the Philippine financial technology sector.
