Taskon, a Web3 task collaboration platform that enables projects to promote their brands and collaborate with users for growth, today announced a strategic partnership with Euclid Protocol, a DeFi platform that unifies liquidity across blockchain ecosystems. Based on this joint venture, Taskon is incorporating Euclid’s cross-chain liquidity infrastructure into its Web3 collaboration platform to advance its decentralized ecosystem and offer its users a more comprehensive experience.

Taskon is a decentralized platform that enables Web3 projects to easily run campaigns to promote their brands, collaborate with their users, onboard customers, and build their communities by creating tasks that customers complete for incentives like crypto tokens. At its core is a project management tool that allows projects to manage tasks, connect with users, grow their customer bases, and advance engagements.

Taskon Tapping into Cross-Chain Liquidity Through Euclid Protocol

The alliance above combines Euclid Protocol’s cross-chain liquidity layer with Taskon’s collaboration platform to promote the adoption of DeFi and Web3 by making these decentralized services more accessible, effective, and advanced for users.

Euclid Protocol is more than just a DeFi network, as it connects various blockchain ecosystems, enabling users to interact with assets and applications across multiple chains. Its cross-chain infrastructure unifies liquidity across multiple blockchains, allowing users to convert and move assets across different protocols easily, rapidly, and cost-effectively. With its cross-chain bridging and liquidity aggregation capabilities, Euclid Protocol addresses the challenges of fragmented liquidity across multiple chains, making blockchain applications accessible to a wider audience.

This alliance with Euclid marks a new crucial chapter for Taskon as it embraces a significant step towards enhancing DeFi’s accessibility and utility for Web3 projects and users operating on its network. This collaboration is a confirmation of Taskon’s effort to keep developing its Web3 network by collaborating with extraordinary platforms that advance innovations in the DeFi and decentralized environment.

The integration means that Taskon now has access to cross-chain capabilities on the Euclid Protocol, allowing its users to execute multichain transactions across multiple chains. This alliance is also essential for Euclid as Taskon’s integration into its platform expands its network footprint. As a result, this allows liquidity to flow into the Taskon network and increase the number of on-chain transactions for both Taskon and Euclid.

Building Web3 Community and Adoption

This collaboration between Taskon and Euclid is set to advance user experience on the two networks, as customers on the respective platforms can now access the integrated offerings. Euclid’s cross-chain liquidity aggregation aligns with Taskon’s mission to drive the adoption of Web3 through its simplified, efficient solutions. By empowering its community with effective, cross-chain experience, Taskon encourages wider adoption and engagement across Web3 ecosystems.

Top Solana Treasury Firm Forward Industries Unveils $4 Billion Capital Raise To Buy More SOL ⋆ ZyCrypto

The post Top Solana Treasury Firm Forward Industries Unveils $4 Billion Capital Raise To Buy More SOL ⋆ ZyCrypto appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. Advertisement &nbsp &nbsp Forward Industries, the largest publicly traded Solana treasury company, has filed a $4 billion at-the-market (ATM) equity offering program with the U.S. SEC  to raise more capital for additional SOL accumulation. Forward Strategies Doubles Down On Solana Strategy In a Wednesday press release, Forward Industries revealed that the 4 billion ATM equity offering program will allow the company to issue and sell common stock via Cantor Fitzgerald under a sales agreement dated Sept. 16, 2025. Forward said proceeds will go toward “general corporate purposes,” including the pursuit of its Solana balance sheet and purchases of income-generating assets. The sales of the shares are covered by an automatic shelf registration statement filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission that is already effective – meaning the shares will be tradable once they’re sold. An automatic shelf registration allows certain publicly listed companies to raise capital with flexibility swiftly.  Kyle Samani, Forward’s chairman, astutely described the ATM offering as “a flexible and efficient mechanism” to raise and deploy capital for the company’s Solana strategy and bolster its balance sheet.  Advertisement &nbsp Though the maximum amount is listed as $4 billion, the firm indicated that sales may or may not occur depending on existing market conditions. “The ATM Program enhances our ability to continue scaling that position, strengthen our balance sheet, and pursue growth initiatives in alignment with our long-term vision,” Samani said. Forward Industries kicked off its Solana treasury strategy on Sept. 8. The Wednesday S-3 form follows Forward’s $1.65 billion private investment in public equity that closed last week, led by crypto heavyweights like Galaxy Digital, Jump Crypto, and Multicoin Capital. The company started deploying that capital this week, announcing it snatched up 6.8 million SOL for approximately $1.58 billion at an average price of $232…
